Production & Ordering
Every piece is lovingly handmade and ships from Portland, Oregon.
Current production time on Custom leotards is 3 - 4 weeks and does not including shipping time.
ReadyWear leotards ship within 1-3 business days (possibly a few extra days if a bust pinch or length alteration is requested).
Group Orders
If you’re thinking of placing a group order where the leotards will all be the same style and color/s, please reach out beforehand so I can be sure to have enough fabric to fulfill the order in the time frame you need. I am open to offering a discount, in addition to free shipping, depending on the number of leotards in the order. Send me a message here with any details about your order and/or questions you might have!

Accepted payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Your payment method will be charged when your order is placed. An email notice, including a tracking number, will be sent when your order has shipped.
FLAT RATE $5 SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS. Packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail with a typical shipping time of 2-3 business days.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $175. Discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $500. Discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with a typical shipping time of 10 - 14 business days (possibly a bit longer if any processing delays arise in the receiving country).
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS UNDER $500 Packages are sent via USPS First Class International Mail, with an approximate shipping time of 10-14 business days with a rate range of $16.50 - $29.50 USD

International customers are responsible for all taxes, customs and/or tariff fees involved with overseas shipping that could arise once the order leaves the United States. Customs policies and fees vary widely from country to country, so please reach out to your local customs office for more information.
Package tracking beyond the U.S is available to certain countries. Contact me to find out if your destination qualifies.
All packaging is recyclable and made from recycled materials.
returns, Exchanges & Repairs
I want nothing more than for you to love your garments!
If you aren't fully satisfied with your order please send an email to contact@louiseapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
ReadyWear pieces (including briefs and calf warmers) can be exchanged or returned for a refund if they are received unworn/unwashed, with original tags attached.
Custom pieces can be exchanged or receive alterations but cannot be returned/refunded unless there is a production defect (which should be photographed and included in your email).
Exchanges on limited editions are subject to availability.
Be sure to take care (and wear undies) when trying on your garments. Deodorant, lotions/oils can also stain fabrics.
Soiled or stained items cannot be exchanged/returned/refunded.
Once you reach out and an exchange, alteration or refund is decided on, I’ll email you a return shipping label (at no charge to you).
REPAIRS
If your item ever needs a repair, even years after having it (there’s an issue with a strap, zipper or a seam splits) please reach out, as I’m more than happy to make fixes and extend the life of your garment!
Caring for your garments
For a long, loving relationship with any of your Louise Apparel items machine wash COLD on a delicate setting. If handwashing, do not leave to soak. HANG or LAY FLAT to dry.
Avoid the dryer, especially on high heat. Your items will maintain their elasticity and softness for many more years if they never see the inside of a dryer.
